Before there can be a promotion of global civil virtues, or a celebration of a global community, there must first be a new global language, one untainted by cultural and political prejudices, one that is considered an innately virtuous one,
that can bind us together in common cause.
So it is learning itself that will be our language, including a new system of promoting and teaching ALL and EVERYWHERE.
